How to unsubscribe from Jira filter results.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Problem

The purpose of this KB article is to explain how a Jira user can unsubscribe from a Jira filter results.

Environment

Jira Data Center

Resolution

Log in as the user and then unsubscribe yourself from the filter

  1. Go to the Manage Filters page. From the top navigation panel: Issues > Manage Filters

  2. Click on the affected Subscription under the Subscriptions column.
