Solution
Step1: Set the multi-line text field to be on Wiki-style rendering.
Go to Jira Settings > Issues > Field Configuration > search for the Field (example Description) > Under Action select Renderers and set this to Wiki Style Renderer
Step2: Save the CSV field for multi-line field in the following format.
