How to hide or disable the development tools information on a specific workflow status

We want to hide the development field on a specific workflow status.

Environment

  • Jira Cloud

  • Company-managed projects

Solution

  1. Navigate to the Project settings > Workflows

  2. Select the workflow > Click Edit.

  3. Click on the Status you wish to set this property on

  4. On the right side panel > Click on Properties.

  5. Set the jira.permission.viewversioncontrol.denied to True.
