How to disable the "Tell us what you think" NPS Survey in JIRA Server
Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.
Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. Purpose
Sometimes when using JIRA, the users will be prompted with a "Tell us what you think" NPS Survey which some users can find intrusive.
Solution
Log in as a JIRA System Administrator.
Navigate to the Analytics settings by choosing ⚙ > System > Analytics or using the keyboard shortcut "g + g" (tap g twice) and type in "Analytics" in the search dialog box.
Select "Disabled" under "Atlassian Analytics".
