How to disable Jira help button globally

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Solution

To disable you need to:

  • Go to Administration >> Add-ons >> Manage Add-ons

  • Change the filter to show "All apps"

  • Look for the "Atlassian Jira - Plugins - Header Plugin" and under it, look for "Help Menu Panel" and disable it. 

  • The changes will take immediate effect.
