How to disable comments on closed issues in Team Managed projects

Summary
As an administrator, you may want to disable comments on closed issues for specific request types or issue types in Team Managed projects.
Solution
Log in to the team-managed project with theAdministrator role
Under ProjectSettings
For Team-managed service management project, go to Request Types and select the required Request Type OR
For Team-managed software project, go to Issue Types and select the required Issue Type
Click on the Edit workflow tab and select the status where you want to disable comments (For example CLOSED status)
Click on the Properties of that status
Use Add new property tab to add a property with Key asjira.permission.comment.userand Value asfalse and click Save. Please visit Useful workflow properties for Jira Cloud to learn more about workflow properties.
Click on Update workflow to publish the changes. To learn more about managing workflows in team-managed projects, you can visit Manage how work flows in your team-managed project.
Once you make these changes, when you go to issues that is in CLOSED status for that particular request type/issue type, you can see that the Add Comment option is no longer available as in the sample screenshot below:
