Add links in Jira Service Management Forms

Solution

Use links in a Form's tables, panels, and instructions

1. Go to Space Settings > Request management > Forms.

2. Select and open your Form.

3. You can either:

   1. Create a link with new hyperlink text: Select the hyperlink icon in the Form’s formatting options, then enter a URL and the desired hyperlink text.

   2. Link text that is already in the Form: Select the text, select the hyperlink option, then enter the URL.
