Add links in Jira Service Management Forms

Learn how to add a link when using Jira Service Management Forms.

Solution

Use links in a Form's tables, panels and instructions

1. Go to Project Settings > Forms.

2. Select and open your Form.

3. You can either:

   1. Select the hyperlink icon in the form's formatting options to enter a URL and the desired hyperlink text.

   2. Select a piece of text in the Form and click the hyperlink option to only enter a URL to create a link for the existing text.
