Getting "Requested Query String is too long" error authenticting to JIRA Cloud for Outlook in Outlook

Summary
When trying to create Jira ticket from outlook directly using "Jira cloud for Outlook", getting a prompt to authenticate to JIRA. When clocking on "Connect", getting error "Requested String is too long".

Solution
Ensure 3rd-party cookies in your browser are enabled(Guide for chrome).
Open an incognito window in your browser ( this will ensure the session is recreated if it's expired).
Login to your Jira cloud instance.
Open a new tab and login to outlook web.
Try accessing the Jira cloud add in to authenticate.
Now close and reopen the desktop client and try to create from there, it should already have authentication done and should work as expected.
