Getting error "Looks like the auth state is missing" while logging into JIRA from MS TEAMs

Summary

While trying to login in Jira plugin in MS TEAMs, following error is received:

Environment

• Jira Cloud

• MS Teams

Diagnosis

• No issue is encountered by user while directly logging into Jira

• User uses same email in Jira as well as Teams

• Same issue when tried via MS TEAMS web version.

Solution

• Type "signin" in Teams chatbox to bring an option to sign in again.

• Use the "Sign in" button to login
