Get "We couldn't deliver this payload: Invalid host name." error message in Github

Problem
The problem happened when added a Github account in DVCS accounts page. The following will be showing the error message "We couldn't deliver this payload: Invalid host name.":
Some issues is not synchronise with the Github.
Diagnosis
Environment
JIRA 7.0.0
JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin - 3.3.16-D20150922T053442
Test with "localhost" or "IP address".
Cause
The problem was caused by the DNS name.
Solution
Resolution
Fix the DNS name or test with server IP address.
