Solution
Adding a context to a custom field
Don't worry! If your field isn't showing up, it's likely due to a missing context. Let's fix it with these simple steps:
Access the field from ⚙ → Work Items → custom fields
Find the custom field you want to configure, select More actions (•••), Contexts and default value.

3. In the next screen, click on "Edit configuration" under the default configuration scheme.
4. Choose the applicable work item types in the next screen.
5. Click on "Modify".
