Export portal only customers list

Platform Notice: Cloud Only - This article only applies to Atlassian apps on the cloud platform.

Summary

Admins often need to export a complete list of portal-only customer accounts present on the instance.

Solution

Original user management

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and navigate to User Management.

  2. Click on Jira Service Management.

  3. The Export customers option is available on the far right of the screen to export the list of portal customers.

Centralized user management

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Products from the header.

  3. Under Sites and products, select the site that contains Jira Service Management.

  4. Under Jira Service Management on the left navigation bar, select Portal customers.

  5. Click on Export customers.

On clicking Export customers in both the cases above, a success message as shown below would be displayed when the file is ready to be downloaded:

Successfully exported customer For your exported list, download a CSV file of all portal-only customers Download CSV file
