Exception: Error: undefined missing jira/editor/registry when accessing when any agile board

After upgrade JIRA from 6.x to 7.x, when you accessing an agile board it will show you the following traces:

Cause 1
The caused of it due to the Documents third-party plugin is not compatible with the JIRA version you are running.
Cause 2
The HelpDesk for Jira add-on can trigger this error when rich text editor is disabled.
Resolution 1
Update the plugin to the latest compatible version.

Enable Rich text editing
