Error "421 Misdirected Request" when trying to access the Jira mobile application from an iOS device

Summary
Error "421 Misdirected Request" appears when trying to access the Jira mobile application from an iOS device.
Environment
Jira mobile application hosted on iOS / iPhone.
Diagnosis
Jira users receive the below message while logging in to the Jira mobile application on iOS devices after configuring Idp to enable single sign-on (SSO) for the Jira users:

Cause
The issue pertains to iOS security protocols, which prohibit access to a webpage that redirects to another, subsequently redirecting back to the initial page. This is becauseiOS apps do not support the OAuth feature and the issue reported here is due to this limitation.
Unfortunately, we don't have a fix for this issue. The below-mentioned suggestion requests are in place to address this issue :
