Cause
There are noparents added to existing issues when we group by Epic.
Solution
In order to enable the Epic panel in the board view, please add a parent to the issue. Follow the below steps to add the parent to the issue to enable the Epic panel.
Open an issue.
Go to the three dots on the right side and choose Add Parent. The screenshot is below for your reference.
3. Choose an Epic. The screenshot is below for your reference.
4. Click Done.
This will enable to Epic panel in the board view. The screenshot is below for your reference.
