How to fix Missing Development Panel in Jira Cloud Projects

Solution

Add the Development field to issue screens and layout

1. Go to the project and click on Project settings in the menu

2. Under Issues, select Layout

3. Search for the Development field in the sidebar

4. Add the Development field to the issue layout
