Can't uninstall Jira Cloud apps after cancelation

Learn why you can't uninstall Jira Cloud apps using the uninstall button.

Solution

If you're using Atlassian's unified billing engine the uninstall button will be greyed out. Instead, there is a Manage Subscription button.

To uninstall an app, you need to follow these steps:

1. Select Manage Subscription for the app.

2. You will be redirected to the Billing page for your cloud instance.

3. Cancel the subscription for this app.

The app subscription will be canceled and scheduled for deletion after the cancellation period of 30 days.

If you would like to delete the subscription immediately and not wait for the cancellation period, contact the billing team. Upon your request, they can immediately delete the app subscription.
