Cannot remove JIRA Service from Windows

Symptoms
After uninstalling JIRA, the JIRA service is still visible in the services.msc console.
Cause
This is caused by JIRA being uninstalled prior to removing the service definition.
Resolution
Determine the name of the JIRA service
Use the command sc from the Windows command line to remove
