Cannot edit Issue Collector with Secure Admin for Jira app version 2.1.0

Problem
Administrators can view Issue Collectors but after clicking on Edit, the page is blank.
Diagnosis
Check to see if you have "Secure Admin for Jira" app version 2.1.0 installed. Here is the Marketplace listing for the app:
