Attachments panel is missing for few projects in Jira Mobile for Android

Summary
The attachment feature is not available in the Jira Mobile Android app for certain projects, although it works seamlessly in the iOS Jira app. This issue is specific to particular projects and does not impact all of them.

8.20.X, 9.4.X.
Diagnosis
The attachment panel is visible in the iOS mobile app, but not for some projects in Jira Mobile for Android.
Cause
The attachment field is not included in the Create issue, Edit, or View screen for the affected projects. This behavior is intentional, but inexplicably, iOS shows the attachment panel.
Solution
Include an attachment field as part of the Create Issue, Edit, and View screens.
