What is the past sync time for work items from Jira to Jira Align?

Summary

If a work item like an Epic or Story is created in a Jira Project and, at a later date, that same Jira project is then configured to sync with Jira Align, will all the existing Epics/Stories present in Jira be created in Jira Align?

Solution

The connector executes a default JQL query for each configured issue type to identify issues created or updated within the past 24 hours.

This means that issues that are older than 24 hours will not besynchronized, unless the issues have been recently updated

⚠️ Older issues that do not initially sync to Jira Align, may sync if an update is made to the issue, in Jira, in the future. As this depends on end-user activity within Jira itself there is no guarantee that an older, unwanted issue won't appear in Jira Align in the future.
