In order to promote a Feature to an Epic, a user must have the following minimum permissions enabled for their role under Administration | Settings > Roles > [role]

• PORTFOLIO > Manage > Portfolio Epics:

  • Add

  • Delete

• PROGRAM > Manage > Features:

  • Add

  • Save

• TEAM > Manage > Stories:

  • Save

• ADDITIONAL OPTIONS > PERMISSIONS:

  • Add Agile Objects
