Summary
In instances where a web page in the Jira Align application appears to be continuously loading, indicated by a spinning icon or progress indicator without completing the loading process, the underlying cause may vary. It is frequently associated with browser data, such as cache and cookies, that require updating or clearing. Alternatively, it could stem from a backend issue, such as an error in one of the call requests executed within Jira Align's backend.
Below is a concise troubleshooting guide for resolving issues with unresponsive screens, along with steps to take if the initial solution does not prove effective.
Environment
Jira Align
Solution
To rule out any cache memory issue, please follow the steps below:
Clear browser cache memory: You may follow the instructions provided at How to clear browser cache for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari or attempt to access the page or function using incognito or private browsing mode.
Try to execute the action you attempted previously
If these steps do not resolve the issue:
Generate a .har file by following the steps outlined at Generating HAR files and analyzing web requests while reproducing the problem.
Subsequently, open a support ticket at Contact Support Portal and attach the .har file to facilitate a more efficient investigation by our support team.
