Team members of the "Depends on" team unable to view incoming Dependencies in Jira Align

Summary

Customers are unable to see incoming dependencies in the Dependency grid, even though they have a valid role in the “Depends on” team of the Dependency.

Solution

The Dependencies Grid has three separate sections: "Your Requests,” "To Do," and "All.”

"Your Requests" are limited to dependencies for the team requesting the dependency, not the team responsible for the dependency. In contrast, "To Do" and "All" will list all the incoming Dependencies.

So, if the customers need to find Dependencies for which they belong to the “Depends on” team, "To Do" or "All” will be the right sections to find them.
