Target Sprints Start and Completion Fields are missing from Features in Jira Align

Summary

In Jira Align, the target sprints (start & completion) fields are not available within the details of features.

Environment

Jira Align

Solution

Check the configuration of the details panel for the features using these steps:

1. Navigate to Jira Align > Settings / Administration > Details Panels Settings

2. Select the desired Portfolio

3. Select Work Item = Feature (Jira Epic)

4. Turn ON the toggles for

   1. Target Completion Sprint

   2. Target Start Sprint

5. When reviewing the details of features make sure that +Full Details has been expanded

ℹ️ Side notes:

• The above toggles are enabled per Portfolio.

• If checking the settings make sure the correct Portfolio is chosen in Step 2
