Resolve 'You Need More Access' error when viewing all products in Jira Align Cloud

1. Navigate to your Jira Align instance.

2. Access the Products dropdown from the top navigation.

3. Click on View All Products.

Solution

Resolve "You Need More Access" Error

1. Ensure that the following steps are met:

   1. Navigate to Administration > Roles > Select your user role.

   2. Expand the Products level permission toggles.

   3. Turn on the Products Save and Delete toggle.

   4. Go to Administration > Platform.

   5. Find the Portfolio specific configuration button, and set Manage Products to yes for the Portfolio to which you wish to have the Products added.

2. Navigate to the Products dropdown from the top navigation.

3. Click on View All Products.

4. You will be able to view all the Products.

5. However, in case you are still getting the You Need More Access To View This Page error, this could be due to browser cache, for which you can clear your browser cache/cookies and then try accessing the instance again.
