Required system role permissions to view email logs in Jira Align

This article explains which permission must be granted to a user in order for them to view Email logs under Jira Align > Settings / Administration.

Solution

A user’s System Role must have the following permission enabled in order to view email logs. To grant this role permission to a user, follow these steps:

  1. As a Super Admin go to Settings / Administration > Roles and select the user’s role from the drop-down list

  2. Expand Administration

  3. Locate the toggle "Email Settings" and turn it on

  4. Click Save
