New portfolio does not load upon creation in JiraAlign

Summary

When a new portfolio is created in JiraAlign, upon trying to access it from the top Portfolio navigation menu ends up with the below error

Solution

In order to fix the above error, it is important to associate the Portfolio with at least 1 Program.

As soon as a Program is associated with the new Portfolio, it will start loading the Portfolio details upon accessing from the top Portfolio menu
