Jira Align user administration: User can't log in after password change

Summary

A user is encountering challenges when attempting to log in subsequent to a password reset. The administrator has made several attempts to resend the login emails, while the user asserts that they are inputting the correct password

Solution

  1. Deactivate and activate the user again

  2. Ask the user to clean their browser cache memory and trying log in again
