Jira Align: Resolve Missing Work Items in Legacy Roadmaps

Summary

This article discusses troubleshooting situations when the roadmap page in Jira Align does not display work items from most Programs/PIs within the Jira Align environment.

Initial investigations revealed that only work items from one program were visible, while work items from other programs were missing.

Diagnosis

• Ensure the prerequisites for Visualize roadmaps in work view have been followed.

• Go to Portfolio/Program > Roadmaps

• Select a program increment

• Check if all the work items in scope are displayed in the roadmaps

• Verify your Roadmap Display Configuration as outlined in Configure the roadmap display

Cause

There are filters excluding these work items from the roadmap.

Solution

1. Go to the roadmaps page

2. Click on the filter button

3. Click on Clear Filters
