Jira Align - How to re-activate an account

This article describes how to re-activate an existing account that was deactivated on Jira Align.

Solution

Your 'Super Admin' user needs to follow the following steps:

  • Access the Jira Align Administration area

  • Go to Admin -> People

  • Click on 'Apply Filters' and search with the "Deactivated" attribute set to Yes

  • Search for the user email in the deactivated user list

  • Click on the user and open the user details

  • The 'Status' is 'Inactive'

  • Select 'Activate' on the right to re-activate the user, please see the image
