In JiraAlign closed release vehicle is visible in Program Room, even if it is not associated with the selected PI/ Program combination

Summary
Upon accessing a Program Room by navigating to Program > select Program, and selecting a specific Program Increment (PI) from the left sidebar, the Release Vehicle section may display Release Vehicles associated with different PIs.
In the above screenshot, we can see the Program selected is Ashku_Pro 1.1" and PI selected as "AKFeb" and the "Program Increment Shipped in" set to the Release Vehicle is set to "AKFY24Q1"
Even if the PI is completely different, the release vehicle still shows in the Program Room.

Diagnosis
Open the Release Vehicle, and look for any Features that may be associated with the PI selected in the left panel.
We found there were no features, that were associated with the PI
However, there were a few stories that were associated with the selected PI but were assigned to the problematic Release Vehicle
Solution
Check each Story, under the same Program and PI, for mismatches between the PI set in the Story and the Release Vehicle, it is assigned to:
Changing the Release Vehicle of the Stories, should stop Release Vehicle from showing in the Program Room
