Summary
In the Program Room, you can see the total number of features, stories, and story points planned. When expanding all the features, the count of Stories is not the same as shown in the summary line.
Solution
There are a couple of reasons for this behavior to occur:
Some Features may have stories among different teams and not all of these teams necessarily belong to the same Program. When expanding Features, make sure that all the counted stories don't have a warning sign. If they do, hover over the yellow warning for an explanation.
The logic for the total number of Stories in the Program Room follows the Team-Level Story Grid, not the Program-Level.
