How to identify 'who' and 'when' changed the 'status' in the 'Status Reports' in Jira Align

Steps to reproduce
Select 'Reports', type 'Status Reports', and open the report
Select the tab called 'Theme' and click on one of the cards, all info is shown in the picture below
Each time you need to find "Who" and "When" the 'Status' is changed, you need to go over the status with the mouse and check the date but the person that changed the status is not mentioned ( only the UID of the person is visible). Not all customers have the Admin role to access the Administration page to search for UID and identify the username.
From “JA UI” is not possible to get this data
In the JA UI, it is currently not possible to retrieve this data as a comprehensive list that includes information on "Who" and "When" the 'Status' has been changed. Also, an export via UI or API is not possible.
From “Enterprise Insights” is possible to get this data
The only way to get something like "Who" and "When" the 'Status' is changed is by using Enterprise Insights. [Epic Status] view *holds the status and transitions that are done on the *Status Report for an Epic. A simple query like the one below gets the following results:
