Summary
How to modify the stylesheet or make other adjustments to differentiate the look and feel of Jira Align for Test and Production instances.
Solution
To inform users about whether they are using Jira Align Test or Production, you can consider implementing one of the following two solutions:
Solution 1
Use Settings > Announcement.
You can create an announcement and choose the type 'Ongoing'. This ensures that every time a user logs in, they receive the message indicating if the environment is Test or Production. See the second image below.
Solution 2
Use Settings > Platform Terminology.
Search the 'Navigate Menu' section and on the 'Custom Setting' column, you can customize what you want to see in the menu
You can customize it with images.
You can customize just by adding a sentence near the item in the Navigation menu, for example, call 'Program' as 'Program_test.'
