Feature Progress shows 100% but child Stories are still pending in Jira Align

Summary

The Feature progress bar in the Program Room is showing 100% completion even though child Stories are still pending.

Diagnosis

The progress bar shows 100% complete, however, the status is still in progress. In the following example, there are 5 underlying stories. Of those 5, one has been accepted and 4 are still pending.

Cause

The Progress Bar is determined by the LOE points outstanding. If there are Stories that are not Accepted, but have zero LOE points, then they don't count towards the Progress Bar calculations.

Solution

Check if any of the child Stories that are not Accepted have zero LOE points.
