"Export Risks" is not showing under the "More Actions" button in Jira Align

Summary
Some Jira Align users are unable to see the "Export Risks" option under the “More Actions” button, when in the 'Risks' list / grid page.

Cause
The "Manage Agile Objects(Admin)" permission toggle is not enabled.
Solution
In order to allow the risk export, please follow these steps:
Go to Settings / Administration > Roles
Select the Role associated with the users that can't see the "Export risk"
Expand "Additional Options"
Search for "Manage Agile Objects(Admin)" permission and enable the toggle
Once done, have the user log off and then log back in for changes to take effect
