Error "No members assigned to this Sprint" is displayed on Team Room in Jira Align

Summary

When users navigate to Team > Team Room, the error message "No members assigned to this Sprint" is displayed.

Diagnosis

When users navigate to Team > Team Room, the error message "No members assigned to this Sprint" is displayed although team members exist at the team level.

Cause

The warning message is displayed when team members are not assigned at the Sprint level although they are part of an Agile team List.

Solution

Follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. In Team > Team Settings.

2. Open the Team details panel.

3. Go to the Sprints tab > click on related sprint e.g. Edvaldo Agile Team 2 - EDL_2 Sprint 1.

4. Click on the member's tab.

5. Either manually add team members or click on 'Click here to copy all members from this team to the sprint.'

6. Click Save and Close.

7. Go back to the Team room and refresh the page.
