Cannot delete stories from features in Jira Align

Summary
If a user attempts to delete/remove a story from a Feature, he gets the message "Story successfully deleted" but the story is not removed.

Diagnosis
The steps to reproduce the behavior with one of the default (out of the box) Roles
Make sure to turn off the 'Add' permission under Jira Align Administration > ACCESS CONTROLS > Roles > "RoleName" > 5 TEAM > Manage > Stories:
Assign the role to a user (such as User1)
Impersonate/login with the user1
Go to the Feature that has Stories, open the Stories sub-panel, and click the cross to delete/remove the story
Say 'Yes" when prompted with the message:
The user gets the message "Story successfully deleted": But the story is not deleted/removed from the Feature.
Solution
Grant 'Add' permission to Stories under the 'TEAM' section of the user's role.
