Blank entries in the History report in Program Board in Jira Align

Summary

The “History” report contains some blank fields/entries when navigating to Program > Program Board > History.

Solution

While checking the History report, the user can see some blank entries in the table as shown above.

This report is sorted by ID, hence if there is a repeated entry for ID or Feature in the below row, JA keeps it blank.

However, blank entries under the Start and End Columns are the reflection of values set in the "Team Target Completion Sprints" field for any specific feature. If the field is set to “Unassigned“the report will contain blank spaces for “Start” and “End”
