Bi-directional sync product between Jira and Jira Align

This article describes steps to sync the Product between Jira and Jira Align

Solution

The steps to be followed are as below:

In Jira

• Create a Product custom field of type "Select List (single choice)" in Jira > Settings > Issues > Custom Field

• Add values to the Product custom field by going to '3 dots' > Context and Default value

• Enter the Jira Product values

• Assign the Jira Product custom field to the screens where you want the field to be applied

In Jira Align

• Jira Align > Admin > Jira setup > Product custom field. Enter the Jira Product custom field valu

• Click on 'Configure' next to Product custom field and map the Jira Align product to Jira Produc
