After upgrading from earlier version of JIRA, user was unable to sort the JQL query result according to the Priority field. This error message popped-out:

There might be some inconsistencies or corruption in the index files.
ソリューション
Run the Integrity Checker tool and then run Full Re-indexing in JIRA.
