Unable to login JIRA when starting JIRA as a service

問題
When starting JIRA using the .bat file, users are able to login however if JIRA is restarted as a service , users are not able to login.
原因
The JIRA Service has been corrupted
ソリューション
Delete the existing service and re-create it manually as per Manually Setting up JIRA to Run as a Service
