JIRA Links Menu Errors due to Communication Breakdown

症状
Going to Menu > Links throws a Communication Breakdown error as shown below:
atlassian-jira.log に次のエラーが返される。

原因
Remote JIRA Issue system plugin is disabled.
ソリューション
Navigate to the manage add-ons page as an administrative user
Search under the system plugins for 'Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - Remote JIRA Link' plugin and enable it if it hasn't already been done
ℹ️ This issue has a log entry that is similar to another problem, JIRA returns 404 Error when searching for issues.
