Date format not accepted when releasing a version

症状
When releasing a version, the date format is not accepted even though it is set up correctly under the "Look and Feel" page. When trying to release a version, you get an error in red stating:
"Please enter the date in the following format: (Your date format)"
原因
Java and Javascript date time format is not set to use your date format.
ソリューション
Set the Java and Javascript date time format to use your date format at JIRA Administration >> System >> General Configuration >> Advanced Settings according to Customising the Look and Feel
