'config.bat' Cannot Locate Java on Windows

症状
Running the config.bat script in fails due to the fact that it cannot locate Java.
原因
The config.bat scripts requires access to the Java JDK, therefore the JAVA_HOME environment variable needs to be configured before it can be run.
ソリューション
Create a new environment variable in Windows for JAVA_HOME to find the Java JDK. See Installing Java.
