Search for work items across your entire Jira instance

1. Select Work items in the tab bar.

2. Choose from the available filters; many are specific to you, such as your starred filters, filters you’ve used recently, and filters to show work items reported by you or assigned to you
   OR
   Start typing in the search box to reveal quick filters, such as project, type, assignee, or reporter.

Search for work items linked to a deactivated user

If you want to search for data linked to a deactivated user, you need to use their accountId rather than their name.

To retrieve the accountId of a deactivated user:

• Go to Admin → User management.

• Search for the user in Deactivated or Former users.

• Open their profile.

• Copy the accountId from the URL. An example of an accountId would look like 70121:9ae0ab01-7bf2-4b1b-a957-e96e54c49e45.

You can also use prebuilt JQL functions, such as inactiveUsers(), to filter for work items involving inactive reporters or assignees.

Search for work items on your board or backlog

1. プロジェクトを選択します。

2. Select Board or Backlog from the project tabs.

3. (フィルター) を選択します。

4. 検索ボックスに入力するか、ドロップダウン オプションからフィルターを選択します。

全てのフィルターをクリアする

• (フィルター) を長押しすると、フィルターをクリアするオプションが表示されます。

• (フィルター) を選択して、ドロップダウンのフィルター オプションをスクロールすると、[フィルターをクリア] ボタンが表示されます。
