View in Graph fails due to The requested Resource cannot be found

Selecting View in Graph option will result in:
The requested resource cannot be found.

View in Graph is a Fisheye feature and customer have a Crucible Standalone license.
ソリューション
We already have an open ticket to hide this feature when using standalone Crucible or throw an meaningful error at CRUC-6062 - Crucible standalone shows "View in Graph" option, results in 404 (fixed in 3.8.0).
