Unable to Integrate with JIRA due to Disabled Remote API Access

症状
ログに次のエラーが表示される。

原因
Remote API access in JIRA is turned off.
ソリューション
In JIRA, ensure that the credentials provided to connect to Fisheye is valid (
Administration >> FishEye Configuration).In JIRA, ensure that remote API access is enabled (
Administration >> General Configuration >> Accept remote API calls).
