Dates Displayed in the Wrong Language

問題
When viewing reviews or the activity stream, dates are displayed in the wrong language. For example: "jeudi 05 mars"
原因
This is caused by the Java language format being set to value other than the language that is desired.
ソリューション
Set the following Java options in the JAVA_OPTS environment variable to specify the correct language for Java.
